The NanoWall is three wall systems in one – designed specifically for ultraclean manufacturing environments. The NanoWall can be configured as a single sided (1/4” or ½”) panel-on-stud system or a double sided (1 ¾”) panel-on-stud system. All versions are fully compatible.
The NanoWall system is a screw-less batten panel-on-stud aluminum honeycomb curtain wall system. The honeycomb panels are open edge panels finished with screw-less battens at the joints. All trim pieces are clear anodized and the wall panels are pre-coated with an epoxy paint as the standard finish however the system is available in a a wide variety of additional finishes. The NanoWall is three wall systems in one, all fully compatible. 1) The single sided ¼” wall, 2) The single sided ½” wall, and 3) the double sided 1 – ¾” wall. Each version has hanging capability on the front and back side of the wall using a Bosch tee nut attached to an integral nut slot on the front and back side of the stud. The NanoWall can also be installed as furring providing an excellent cleanroom finish for fire rated partitions, building envelope walls, liner walls, etc.
The system is capable of spanning 16’ high. The NanoWall screw-less battens eliminate the need for literally thousands of screws in the fab. The labor to install NanoWall is half that of comparable wall systems using traditional battens screwed at 18” on center. The studs facilitate simple installation particularly when bulkheading around process equipment. Glazing, return-air grills, bulkheading, and integral doors are also available.
